you must seek a direction before the high court to contact the civil suit with India prescribed time limit under the Civil revision petition so be you are telling that that 12 years the civil suit is spending before the lawyer court in such circumstances you must file a petition that the senior citizen and climbing the rights of the senior citizen to finish that trial
