Pagdi system land and landlord increases rent on house around 6 times

My grandfather bought land on pagdi and my father built house on that including water and electricity connectionnBut now landlord increases rent 6 times on monthly basis to continue or pressuring us for eviction
Well then, you should continue with paying the same rent as you are paying currently and don't evict that Pagadi Home in which you are living. Let him file a case in Court against you to evict you out of the Property by incurring expenses and then, I will defend you legally and get the case in your favor.
