House owner saying I have damaged house without visiting


30-Apr-2024 (In Landlord/Tenant Law)
3 months of house rent notice period ended today. We have to handover the keys to the owner today. Owner called me and stated that I have damaged the house without visiting the house. They have asked us to handover the key and they are calling me singularly. I have that call recordings. I have taken video of house today after shifted all my belongings as a proof . Shall I handover the keys. If yes what I can do if they charge for house damage which was not done by us.

weather if you collected all the advance amount and if there is no due painting that is no problem otherwise if there is any dupending if he is not giving then you should cause a legal notice as a money recovery thing and approach code for getting the advance amount so if you get the advance amount they will what you should lead house owner will say there is a damages and they can't detect the damages amount in the advance amount kindly have your professional advise to proceed for the
