Without giving a reason terminate me

My concern is that my department head merged the process and instructed me to leave due to the process ramp-down. They did not provide a proper reason for termination. Additionally, they offered only one month's salary and refused to provide my full year bonus. I have evidence to prove that the process was not ramped down but rather merged. Moreover, I have consistently been a top performer. Why am I being singled out?
If the company has terminated your services against the terms and conditions of your employment and the reason is not sufficient or wrong, we can assail the same in legal manner.
