What to do my employer terminated me without any prior notice

How long have you worked with the said organisation and in what capacity, as in what was your designation in the company? was there any appointment letter issued to you by the company stating the terms of employment? as you have mentioned about your termination, has the same been done vide any written communication and what are the reasons stated for the same? as far as your original documents are concerned, you should immediately send a legal notice for the same and proceed accordingly.

Pl.be aware that no any organisation can terminate its own personal without a prior information. U have not mentioned for how many time u were working.send your appointment lettercopy for further details

I was workinv with a organisation situated in Laxmi Nagar -Delhi but later on it has sifted in Shahibabad - Ghaziabad . After shifting they have bave banned my entry in to the factory . My original documents are having with them . So I am looking for legal support to acquire my document and for copensation for sudden termination .
No organization can take original document of employee.
If employer terminated employee without giving prior notice then it's against the principle of natural justice. You should send him a legal notice.
