Under payment of wages you get your wages / salary for the abovementioned months. But before this you have to send a legal notice to your company for initated that you are going take a legal action against your company. For doing this you have to engage an advocate for getting salary.

Dear Client,
As per your query, you can send a legal notice to the company concerned asking them to pay your salary within the reasonable period of 15 days from tge date of receipt of such notice.
If the same is not being paid to you in the time frame then a petition may be filed in the labour court asking for the same. In case of any other query feel free to contact.
