Regarding my termination and full and final settlement

Hi my name is Hitesh Mahansaria and i was working with Lenskart as a field executive i have been terminated from my service without any notice period on 24th August 2018 now when i have received my full and final payment i have observed that they have not provided my incentive for the month of July 2018 which i have worked for and not even without notice period termination salary. now they mentioning that it was not my termination it was a resignation from my end. please help me in this matter as Company is doing wrong with not only me there is another persons too.
This is my response to you:
1. Firstly one will need to read your appointment letter;
2. The terms and conditions have to be understood;
3. If there is no reason to withhold your incentives then send a legal notice;
4. You can also seek compensation;
5. Both of you should send a legal notice together;
6. Consult a local lawyer and take steps.
