My FNF has been kept on hold by company.

Can company hold FNP of any employee due to data intregity issue? I had been working in one company for last 8 years but 2 months back, i was terminated due to data intregity issue. I had been working as a field auditor in this company inwhich i used to visit to all over india. Company crosschecked my some audits and they found these audits as a fake audits. As i was not having any records with me so i could not justify it and got terminated. Now company has put my FNF ( Rs-140000)on hold and even they are not giving any reply of my mails. What should i do?

Dear Client,

Since you have tried to establish a contact with the concerned company and in the circumstances in which the company is withholding you due amount without any rhyme and reason. Even if the audit team finds out the record to be forged and fabricated, even then they are under the obligation to resolve the issue. You are advised to send them a legal notice for the recovery of the outstanding amount.
Regards.
