No reply from company regarding my full and final settlement
10-Feb-2023 (In Labour & Service Law)
I have been working as divisional manager HR and resigned on 13th August 2015 and after no due from all the departments got relieving on 31st August 2015. After sending reminders through emails for full and final settlement amount of approximately 2.5 lacs. I am not received any reply from management. Kindly advice what are the options available.
also clarify the fact that in the relieving letter it is written that the amount is to be paid.
