Legal Notice for Recovering FnF Dues

I used to work in a Gurgaon based company which laid off me in March and is not giving my FnF dues. How can I send them legal notice without lawyer and what points should I mention in the notice ?

Hello you can address your grievances to management with complete details and demand your full and final you should mention your employment history, reasons of lay off and legal dues like salary, leaves reimbursement, bonus, gratuity, compensation etc. Legal notice can be sent by an advocate on your instructions to management for recovery of dues. If you are a workmen you may file complaint to Labour department
