Company hold my fnf and experience letter

I have joined company 2 years back and they have ask me to sign the bond for 2 years, but I completed 22 months in that company and they are holding my fnf. I requested then that my financial condition is not good will not be able to pay the bond amount but they are saying when you will have the money then pay and collect your fnf

U can send a legal notice through a lawyer and ask them to return the documents which they have withholded .Then we can move to the labour commissioner against them and initiate legal proceedings against them .Contact me for any help.

write to the regional Labour Commision or to the EPF also file a case in the labour court for damages they can not hold a employee if you don't wish to work for them they are bound to clear all your dues ...start by sending a legal notice to the the employer ...
