My company is not accepting my resignation

My company is not accepting my resignation and threatening me that they will not provide any releaving letter. I have a 2 months of notice period, which is about to complete next week as I have resigned 2 months back. What actions can I take now?
Well, if they won't accept your resignation,then, you can file a Civil Case against them under the concerned provisions of the IPC, 1860. Before filing a case, you can send to your Employer a Legal Notice to release your Relieving letter after the expiry of your legal notice.
