Issue with Withdrawal of resignation letter

16-Jul-2023 (In Labour & Service Law)
I am  currently working with Mahindra Finance. I have given my resignation on 7th of July and last date of my resignation is 8th August my resignation had been accepted . Currently I wanted to withdrew my resignation. Is it possible even though the resignation is accepted. I have not been the settlement amount. Our company policy had not been made public in this case. Nor such case is mentioned in my appointment letter.

resignation signed, submitted and also accepted by the HR. Now it depends upon reporting manager, whether he still requires your valuable services with the company/organisation. Sometime cause of resignation matters a lot.If your reporting manager/HR knows the fact you are resigning for joining a better package, then they may not accept your request to withdraw your resignation. In any case, it is advisable you should first convince your reporting manager in line with the HR and something positive expected. or else as a matter of principle no chance your resignation will be allowed to be withdrawn.

You can get in touch with your reporting boss. Orally convince him or her. Every thing is possible in private organization. Only thing is how many days had been for you while giving your resignation letter.
