dekho bhai

thekedar ko tumne kaam diya aur wo faraar ho gaya. shuttering waale ko thekedaar laaya tha aur usne tumhaare makaan me shuttering lagaai thi. To shuttering waala thekedaar se rupay lega naa ki tumse. na to tum shuttering waale ko jaante ho aur naa hi shuttering wala tumko. to direct usey hire karne kaa koi proof bhi uske pas nahin hoga.

jab labor court ka notice aaye to tum waha apna javaab laga dena ki tumne shuttering waale ko hire hii nahin kiya. thekedar ne hii shuttering karvaai thi lekin kisse karvaai thi ye bhi tumko nahin maloom.

rahi baat written ki to pehle shuttering wala apni baato ka koi proof de ki tumne usey kaam diya tahi to tum uskaa javaab doge.

wo tumhare khilaf kuch bhi proove nahin kar payega.

call records ek bada saboot ho sakta hai tumhaare case me.
shuttering wala apni log book dikhaaye pehle ki wo har kaam written me karta hai

Hello
This is the irony of the work process involved in construction of our houses. Now that you have got to know about the case filed against yourself then it would be wise to contest the case by putting your averments before the adjudicating authority of the case otherwise the allegations if not denied would let you defeat the case. You need to place before the court the facts about the oral agreement between you and the contractor and the payment date, time and the mode of payment , then only you can get rid of this fuss. You need to carefully look into the specific allegations which have been made against you in the case filed and you have to specifically deny them with reply on affidavits. you are welcome for any further legal action.

File a reply in the labour Court, saying that you've no privity of contract with the said labour and hence, you're not liable to pay him anything; and whatever you were required to pay, you have always paid the same to the contractor of this labour.
