Q: Query pertaining to the reply to show cause notice received

I AM ASKING THIS QUESTION ON BEHALF OF MY FRIEND WHO IS WORKING AS IN INDAIN ARMED FORCE AS A JAWAN .HE HAS SIGNED(LOAN CARDS) SOME INVENTORY (LIKE BED,CUPBOARD,TABLES) OF HIS ROOM AND NEARBY ROOM FROM AN OTHER JAWAN WHO WAS GOING ON POSTING WITHOUT PHYSICALLY SEE IT.ALL MOST ALL ITEMS WHERE NOT THERE WHEN HE STARTED CHECKING IN OTHER ROOMS AS THE POSTED OUT PERSON CHEATED THIS GUY.HE REPORTED THE MATTER TO THE AUTHORITY BUT THEY DID NOT LISTENED TO HIM AND ISSUED HIM WITH A SHOW CAUSE NOTICE.THESE FURNITURES ARE HANDLED BY ADMINISTRATIVE STAFF(SHIFTING OF ITEMS ON INSPECTION DAYS WITH OUT INFORMING THE SIGNED PERSONNEL) OF STATION AND IT IS ALSO HEARD THAT ITEMS ARE KEPT IN THE RESIDENCE OF BY SOME OFFICIALS.PLEASE HELP

You Need to challenge the show cause notice before the armed forces tribunal otherwise there will be marked an adverse entry or some other punshish ments may also be awarded . the foremost thing to do is to submit a strong reply which is supported by law to the authorities

Q: Procedure to claim share in mother's Bank FD & post office Bonds.

Hi Sir/Mam, My mother have saved some money in Bank and Post office. In some FD'es and Bonds she mentioned my name as a nominee but in some she did not and leaved the nominee coloum blank.Now she has passed away and I have been advised to get her divorce documents to claim the FD'es and Bonds as its necessary documents. Its been more than 15 years my mother got the divorce and as her mantel condition was not good she burned all the legal documents. I am really in tension to proof that I am the only legal nominee to get the money which my mother saved for me as my mother has no other legal member in her family.

YOU CAN CLAIMTHE AMOUNT BY OBTAINING A SUCCESSION CERTIFICATE IN YOUR FAVOUR FROM THE COMPETENT COURT.IT DOESNT MATTER THAT YOU DONT HAVE THE DIVORCE PAPERS AS THE YCAN BE PROCURED FROM THE CONCERNED COURT AS THE COURT ALWAYS HAVE A COPY OF THE FILE. ITS YOUR MONEY YOU WILL SURELY GET IT.

Disabilty pensoin not claim till date Because The board decision are declared that Indl not attribute and nor aggrigated in further MIL service and diagnosis is declaried in Piece. ?

Q: Can step mother ask for the pension benefits of father?

Hello sir mere papa railway mein employer the unhi ne meri mammi ko bina court se divorce diye second shaadi karli usko pass aur medical suvidha bhi dedi meri mammi ne family court case kiya jadge ne unhe gurara bhata band diya mar ke ghar mein 10 rubaye ke stamp paper par talak de diya par na meri mammi ne mana aur na jadge ne mere papa ne railway mein service record aur pf nominee apni behan ke husband ke naam kardiya tha ab woh aurat aur papa ki behan ke husband bol rahe hai ki tum log mujhe paisa pension likho main tumahre bhai ko noukri likhugi sir kya aisa hota hai ki sab kuch unhi logo ko milega hum bhai behan aur maa ko kuch nhi aur dusri aurat ke paas shaadi ka certificate bhi nhi plz sir help me jawab dijiega zarur

Me Muslim ladki Hu Mene apne husband aur uski sister ke khilaf Fir karayi thi mahila thana me jo ki 100% Sahi thi but wo police se Mil gaya aur uski arresting nahi Hui aur ab wo Allahabad se 482 article me stay le aaya h please give me advice Kiya ab wo stay cancel ho sakta h agar ho sakta h to
