Is it legal to serve in 2 organisations simultaneously on full salary

23-Jul-2023 (In Labour & Service Law)
A person is serving in an state government organisation (UP government) as an officer on regular basis, simultaneously he is also working in a private organisation on payroll (full time regular service) and taking salary from both the organisation simulteneously. Accordingly both the organisation is deducting TDS from his salary. Is this crime in the eyes of law and if yes what charge can be framed upon him and under which section of IPC. please guide.

It is office of profit he will loose his govt job.

Ask him to leave one job or else he will have time face the music.

This kind of practice I'd not allowed in Indian law.
As office of profit is serious stuff.
