If a girl (SC/ST/OBC) marry in other state, will she still considered

If a girl (SC/ST/OBC) marries a guy who is also coming under the reserved category (SC/ST/OBC) in another state, will she still consider under SC/ST/OBC?
Acc. to https://setexam.unipune.ac.in/Eligibility_Criteria.aspx - (E) - reserved category people from other state will be considered as general category candidate.
Kindly help.
