How can i proceed for trade union registration

I have been running a software company and also providing some consulting services. Recently i have served some customers in registering a Trade Union but somehow the management of the Compnay cam to know about the whole thing and they are trying really hard to stop the registration but the registration is almost done only final enquiry has to be done, but the company management is consulting the regional Labour officers to stop the registration..so kindly help us or give us any legal assistance regarding the completion of the Registration.
Registering A trade union is your right. Hence the management has no role to stop such registrations. However if they try to stop by any method then you have remedies under the law. If the Labour Department rejects or refuses your registration then you can approach us with the rejection or refusal order, then we will help you to get the registration done legally.
