Q: Online recovery of international payment from entertainment PR

Hi there. I recently have a more than $800 recovery of money from an entertainment PR in California but after 3 months of them saying that payment will be done \"soon\" they have finally decided to stop replying to my emails. Kindly help.

As you are speaking regarding the recovery of the amount both parties might have entered into an Agreement, please share the same to understand the terms and conditions and if any Arbitration Clause is subsisting and Jurisdiction etc.,

please speak with your spouse regarding your decision, and then you can even inform the court about your decision, and then the court will not proceed further with the matter. Don't skip the proceedings

Please go to the police station and give a detailed complaint enclosing all the evidence as you have and if the police are not cooperating then file a private complaint before the concerned magistrate in a criminal court

Q: DVC Enclosures Missing But Not Providing As Agreed In Court

Wife filled a fake DVC cum MC Case .I suddenly realized enclosures missing so immediately informed judge sir and infornt of judge sir opposite advocate agreed to provide missing 8 enclosures with complaint copy almost 2 weeks ago .i have been calling and messaging but still no response and now I worry as my next hearing is coming up for counter .what should I do? Shal I go judge sir after office hours and indorm the same or what is the best remedies available in these scenarios

As you have the evidences of texting the counsel asking him and following him for the case papers you can file a memo before the court and bring to the notice of the Hon’ble Judge that unless all the documents are served upon you, filing a reply is not possible and ask the court to direct the opposite counsel to furnish you all the papers for defending the case.

Call on means.... the case is posted for next date its nothing but the case is adjourned. However, you please check the proceedings of the court, if you have received the summons and could not attend you might be even set exparte by the court.
