Q: My wife is harassing me what can i do ?

Im from traditional , upper Middle class family. I have came across struggling to reach a good position . I had arranged marriage on 25-11-2016 . Right from day one onwards she is creating non sense and mental harassment. She is always trying to oulling my integrity, self respect and my individual. She attempts 3 time suicide more over their parents supporting that lady. She always using third grad language in me, on my family. I want diverse from this lady. Im ready to got jail buy i can't stay together. can husband file harassment case against wife ? Pls suggest

Speak with your wife regarding the harassment you are facing and if not convinced then suggest her for mutual consent divorce which will be better for both of you but if she is willing only else you can file a contested divorce case on her on the ground of mental harassment and cruelty. But, there is every possibility that she may file a false case under 3 & 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act & U/s.498 A IPC.

Q: how much time it takes to get bail from sessions court

My brother-in-law is wrongly framed under Section 370A, 3, 5, 7, and 9 of PITA. He applied for bail in sessions court last Monday, but it has not yet come up for a hearing. It has been more than 10 days since he has been in detention. What are the chances of getting bail? How much time it takes to get bail from sessions court? How long does it take for a bail petition to come for a hearing in district court? Is there any alternative to avoid unnecessary detention? How much time it takes to get bail from high court?

Dear, generally, how many days it takes to get bail depends on the complexity of the case. Typically, it takes 7 to 15 days to get bail, either through approval or rejection, based on the FIR details and other legal parameters. Once a bail application is filed in the sessions court, you have to wait for the order. There is no immediate alternative except to move the High Court. If there is an abuse of legal process, you may also file for quashing of the FIR under Section 482 Cr.P.C.

Q: Online recovery of international payment from entertainment PR

Hi there. I recently have a more than $800 recovery of money from an entertainment PR in California but after 3 months of them saying that payment will be done \"soon\" they have finally decided to stop replying to my emails. Kindly help.

As you are speaking regarding the recovery of the amount both parties might have entered into an Agreement, please share the same to understand the terms and conditions and if any Arbitration Clause is subsisting and Jurisdiction etc.,

please speak with your spouse regarding your decision, and then you can even inform the court about your decision, and then the court will not proceed further with the matter. Don't skip the proceedings

Please go to the police station and give a detailed complaint enclosing all the evidence as you have and if the police are not cooperating then file a private complaint before the concerned magistrate in a criminal court
