Company threatening and not paying my salary

After resigning from company, they are not paying my salary of rupees 10000. And after repeatedly asking from a month, now those people are threatening me about political power they can use against me.
This is my response to you:
1. You should send a formal complaint to the HR department;
2. If they sill do not release your salary then send a legal notice;
3. Last method is to approach the labour court.
