Totally incomplete query.you have not stated your employment status -whether you are a covered employee under the Payment of Wages Act or you are a management cadre. Considering that you are covered under the Payment of Wages Act, you can straight way approach to the authority under the above statute for needful remedy. However, if you are a management cadre, you have to go for legal action for breach of contractual obligations on part of your employer to get remedy. Please clarify the nature of your employment. Whether you are employed in a private firm or Government institution? I would advice you to send a communication to your employer as to the reason for the non payment and thereafter you can initiate necessary legal actions against them.
