Q: Regarding suspension of jail sentence

Sir, gwalior high court give withdraw regarding suspension but put one condition that is-- "However,nliberty is granted to revive the prayer after undergoing half of the jail sentence." Is there solution of this problem.. Any supreme court order against this type of bail

In order to challenge the out come of 389 Cr.P.C. in supreme court you will be required obtain an order on your suspension of sentence and bail application on merit and then it can be always challenged.

Q: Criminal case pending under IPC 323,324,506,34,294

I have got selected in government job on the post of Sub Engineer. I have case pending against me in district court under IPC 323,324,506,34,294. My joining is about to come. What to do for smooth joining.

A petition u/s 482 or Writ Petition to challenge the FIR and direction from the Hon'ble court can be filed to meet out the ends. Strong grounds would be required so that it does not hampers the government employment.

you can always file a case before the high court to decide your representation in light of the policy of the department if the authorities are not deciding your representation for your claim ...it is important that what you are asking must be in the policy ....

Q: Proceeding under it act 2000 section 66c 67

एक लडकी को फेसबुक मे अपशब्द गाली गलौज किए जाने के कारण मेरे भाई के ऊपर अतिरिक्त जिला और सत्र न्यायालय जबलपुर मे सेक्शन 66c,और 67 के तहत केस 2018 से चल रहा है। मेरा वकील सही से काम नही कर रहे,फीस ले रहे बस। मै इसे साल दो साल मे निपटारा कैसे कर सकते हैं। क्या है बहुत गंभीर धाराएं हैं? वकील साहब कि अनुपस्थित से पेशी मे न पहुंचने पर उसका वारंट भी कट गया है। सही सलाह मशविरा दीजिए और कृपा बताइए इसके लिए किस विशेषज्ञ योग्य वकील का चयन करे।

RW 482 Cr.P.C.

Q: delay in giving second macp benefits and not giving third macp benefit

My father was appointed as gram sevak in the year of 1982. He was matric at that time. In the year 1992 he did his graduation and was placed in higher scale. Now the department is doing great injustice by counting his service from 1992 rather from his date of appointment. Is any legal action/ Writ petition can be filled against this injustice or my service will be calculated from 1992 only instead of 1982.
