Dear Client Marriage can only be performed if you are above 21 years of age and the girl is above 18 years. You can marry her through legal procedure and for that ID's of both of you would be required. After marriage the same gets registrar of marriage in presence of witnesses. You can call me for details

Ma'am you can get married to any person you like. But the problem is that it can't be registered. For registration you will be required to bring one of your parents from both sides and a common witness. For registration it is required.

If you have attained the requisite age of marriage (Age of 21 years completion for bridegroom and 18 years for bride) then you can file the application of registration of marriage in the office of Collector/DM/DC or District Registrar of Marriages at District level after completing the ceremony of marriage. The documents required are: Age Proof, Residential Proof and proof of ceremony of marriage. After receiving the application of registration of marriage the Registrar should issue 'No Objection' Notice of one month in a daily newspaper and after elapsing the period of one month the registrar issue a certificate of registration of Marriage and if any one filed the objection then after hearing such objection.
