Hello! I was recently strip searched against my will in my school due to suspicions of carrying an e-cig, i was wondering if what happened was legal? my co-ordinator asked a PE teacher to check my underwear for it and i denied but she insisted and as i had a fear of my parents knowing i had to go through with it, it has been a few days and i feel horrible because the PE teacher touched me in an area i was not comfortable with. I was carrying an e-cig because I am currently trying to beat my cigarette addiction. I do not wish for the PE teacher to get into trouble as he understood my situation and didn't want to do it either but he had to because of the teacher. Please let me know the legal opinion on this, thanks!

hiyou need not necessarily have marriage invitation card for getting your marriage registered. however since the marriage is 5 years old and mandatory period of registration of marriage is 90 days, therefore it can only be done with the permission of DC. you can contact me for detailed advise and action in this regard.
Q: One person filed a false case regarding laptop theft.
Sir one of my friend's laptop got stolen and he is framing us as the culprits. Haryana police took us to the station and beat us and made us write a statement that we should pay the laptop's with money.. police didn't hear our side nor they have any proof that we did the crime. We need to file a defamation case against the person who did this to us.

It is your legal right under the Indian law to plead either guilty or not guilty. beating in police custody without any evidence or reason to believe that it is impossible to get confession without physical beating to criminal is crime in itself. u must file a case of defamation along with police complaint against the offending police officer

Hi. There is no provision in law to seek divorce from the court within 1 year of the marriage. However, if there exists a valid ground, you may apply for annulment of marriage within 1 year of marriage as per the provisions of Hindu Marriage Act
