Q: How to prove false allegation under pocso act ?

Hi, My brother was arrested today under a false POSCO case. Police did not give exact details of the case, they refused to give us the copy of FIR and what exactly they have accused him of. First, we need to get him bail and then need to get him out of this case. The information so far we have is following - My brother is a store manager in Nike store in Gurgaon. A customer had visited the store on 19th May 2017. They have a 6-7 years old daughter. He had done 3 or 4 visits that day. Father asked my brother to take care of his daughter till he checks out stuff in the store. The girl kicked a football towards trial room area and my brother went to pick it up. The girl followed him to trial room area which was out of CCTV camera for barely a second. After 5 days of this event, the parents had filed a case under POSCO today 25th May 2017, saying that my brother had shown his private parts to the girl during that 1 second. Police refused to share the FIR copy also with us.

Hello it is false case ..but the there are so many reasons of lodge f.i.r.....Under posco...and you can pressurise the police to give a f.i..r..copy..

Q: How can a person go abroad if he has a police case?

I am 23 years old and have a great opportunity abroad that I need to join in a week. However, I am currently involved in a case where I have done nothing wrong. I was just with my friends when someone filed a case against me and my two friends. I am currently out on bail. Please suggest whether I can go abroad or not. This is a golden opportunity for me, and I don't want to lose it. What should I do? can a person who is undergoing a criminal case in an indian court go abroad for a job?

I am a Christian. Married to a Muslim who was already married n have a kid. He told me lies about his first marriage. Did nikah n then registered the marriage certificate in MINISTRY OF EXTERNAL AFFAIR N issued me a spouse visa in UAE. He kept me the for 6 months den due to his parents pressure he sent me to Delhi. Der after he is least bothered. In December 2017 he came to India. N sent me talak papers. Den after 7 days he contact me n came to me in Delhi n said he sent it in anger. But he didn't mean it. Now again he is avoiding me, he came to India to his family , but didn't contact me.. I caught him having affair with other ladies. I left my family for him. Now from past 2 years i m living like an orphan here in Delhi because my family n relatives abandoned me. In this situation wat can I Do?? Wat is my future. My In law never accepted me. Instead give me bad words.

Hello main problem what do you want .you can complaint in nearest women police station .and in court you can file domestic violence case..

Q: Wife want to live in husband's house after husband filed for divorce

Hello, My husband wants to give divorce to me but i want to go and live in that house. I know that if they will not allow me to enter in the house then i can call to the nearest police station and complain against them, but what next if still they don't allow me to enter. how much time it can take to enter me in that house. I am not living with my husband from last one years and he want to give divorce to me. we just got married in 16 june, 2016. But these question always keep running in mind that what should i do next and what will happen. I am a educated girl and working. So don't have problem regarding to money but being a wife and girl i want my right to live. I am afraid that same thing happen with me as happen with other girls. Some time i am to much depressed and frustrated, then i try to make me happy and healthy. if i file DV case, how much it will take to enter in the house. Please reply me asap.

Hello first of all you can file complaint protection office .and and women cell .and you can stay your matrimonial home and and you can file a maintenance .
