Hi, my brother was arrested today under a false POCSO case. The police did not provide exact details and refused to give us a copy of the FIR or disclose the exact allegations. First, we need to secure his bail and then prove his innocence. The information we have so far is: My brother is a store manager at a Nike store in Gurgaon. A customer visited the store on May 19, 2017, along with their 6-7-year-old daughter. The father asked my brother to look after the child while he shopped. At one point, the girl kicked a football towards the trial room area, and my brother went to pick it up. The girl followed him to that area, which was out of CCTV range for barely a second. Five days later, on May 25, 2017, the parents filed a POCSO Act case against my brother, alleging that he exposed his private parts to the child during that one second. The police are not providing us with the FIR copy.

I am a Christian. Married to a Muslim who was already married n have a kid. He told me lies about his first marriage. Did nikah n then registered the marriage certificate in MINISTRY OF EXTERNAL AFFAIR N issued me a spouse visa in UAE. He kept me the for 6 months den due to his parents pressure he sent me to Delhi. Hello, My husband wants to give divorce to me but i want to go and live in that house. I know that if they will not allow me to enter in the house then i can call to the nearest police station and complain against them, but what next if still they don't allow me to enter. how much time it can take to enter me in that house. I am not living with my husband from last one years and he want to give divorce to me. we just got married in 16 june, 2016. But these question always keep running in mind that what should i do next and what will happen. I am a educated girl and working.
