Section 186 states : Obstructing public servant in discharge of public functions.—Whoever voluntarily obstructs
any public servant in the discharge of his public functions, shall be punished with imprisonment of either
description for a term which may extend to three months, or with fine which may extend to five hundred
rupees, or with both
Meaning If a person with wrong/malafide intention disrupts any public servant such as Police Officer, Public Prosecutor, Govt. Official etc. from discharging his duty then the person is guilty under section 186 IPC.
Note: It is Non Cognizable and bailable offence.

Section 332 states as under : Voluntarily causing hurt to deter public servant from his duty.—Whoever voluntarily causes
hurt to any person being a public servant in the discharge of his duty as such public servant, or with intent
to prevent or deter that person or any other public servant from discharging his duty as such public
servant or in consequence of anything done or attempted to be done by that person in the lawful discharge
of his duty as such public servant, shall be punished with imprisonment of either description for a term
which may extend to three years, or with fine, or with both.

Meaning thereby: If any person causes hurt to a public servant while he was discharging his duty then the person is guilty of section 332 of IPC.

Note: Cognizable and Non bailable offence

Section 353 states as under : Assault or criminal force to deter public servant from discharge of his duty.—Whoever
assaults or uses criminal force to any person being a public servant in the execution of his duty as such
public servant, or with intent to prevent or deter that person from discharging his duty as such public
servant, or in consequence of anything done or attempted to be done by such person to the lawful discharge of his duty as such public servant, shall be punished with imp353. Assault or criminal force to deter public servant from discharge of his duty.—Whoever
assaults or uses criminal force to any person being a public servant in the execution of his duty as such
public servant, or with intent to prevent or deter that person from discharging his duty as such public
servant, or in consequence of anything done or attempted to be done by such person to the lawful discharge of his duty as such public servant, shall be punished with imprisonment of either description for a term which may extend to two years, or with fine, or with both.
Meaning thereby if any person do assault with the public servant (here assault is Assault.—Whoever makes any gesture, or any preparation intending that is about to use criminal force to that person, is said to commit an assault.) then he is guilty of section 353 of IPC. (assault is not a actual hurt but is only fear to hurt).
Note: Cognizable and Non bailable offence

Section 134 states as under :
Abetment of mutiny, if mutiny is committed in consequence thereof.—Whoever abets the committing of mutiny by an officer, soldier, [sailor or airman], in the Army, [Navy or Air Force] of the [Government of India], shall, if mutiny be committed in consequence of that abetment, be punished with death or with 11[imprisonment for life], or imprisonment of either description for a term which may extend to ten years, and shall also be liable to fine.
meaning thereby : That if any person abets (influence) any person to rebel against the govt. authority and if the person revolt against the authority then the person who influenced for revolt is guilty of section 134 of IPC

Note : Cognizable and non bailable offence.
