If a wife have never been in a domestic relationship with the husband or the in laws, can she claim reliefs under the DV act?

Dear queriest, it is totally against the law if you claim reliefs under the domestic violence act where domestic violence never happened, but there are some other sections where you claim your rights under the Domestic Violence Act. for more information about the same kindly call me.

Not at all. The essence of domestic violence act is that the wife shall have been in a domestic relationship with the husband and in laws in order to claim any kind of reliefs. If wife was never in a domestic relationship, she has no right to claim any relief under the Domestic Violence Act.
