NLPA is court notice to be served to the defenders Respondents for their personal appearance in the court. It is issued in criminal cases.
Mostly, when the Defendants do not get the notice of appearance council of the appelent is asked to furnish their fresh addresses and is directed to take fresh steps for service of NLPA issued by court to them within a specified time.

Dear querist,

NLPA means National legal professional associates. Which means that your matter has been sent for mediation i.e. settlement between the parties. This way, it is considered as out of court settlement.
