Hello
I have been married to a person from last 3 years. I have a girl child of 2year old now. My husband started physical abuse after my baby born he started drinking regularly and manhandling me. All this time somehow I was trying to work things out. I tired to get him out of that addiction. But I was unsuccessful apart from this also he started meeting other women’s through these dating app and also created profile on matrimonial site and started looking out for alliances. Apart from this he stopped drinking for couple of months during this also he assault me physically. Initially my mother in law and brother in law use to support me but later now they also supporting my husband as they are dependent on him for living. Last time when we had fight he choked my throat and hit me with plastic chair on my head. He through me and my daughter out of the house. He has miss used my finance also. How to deal with this please suggest. Thank You
it f you have some evidences about the above you cen file case of Domestic violence against him get child's maintenance and for you also. if you do not have a well paying job you can demand residence and compensation.
