I need some advice for my case can anybody can connect with me I have filled 498a case and husband went to quash the case..what I should. Can I go to high court and tell my story with all proofs

Whenever your husband files quashing petition you will get a notice from the High Court. You have to engage your private advocate further State Advocate would be High Court Public Prosecutor who will be representing the Police. You must furnish all your documents to him and your Advocate to reject such quashing petition.

You may have received Case file and notice from thigh Court. The case file will include the petition file by your husband. you can go and represent yourself on the hearing date in High Court and oppose the petition by showing the proof. but first you have to file in writing what is called objection to the case. you can take over assistance to prepare objection.
