Wrong Address Mentioned In Court Case By Husband

Hello sir I got married in 2020 in Belgaum and stayed in Bangalore ...my husband is working in Bangalore in IT and staying with mother and father and sister.after marriage tey abusing me tat I did not money from my father ....started asking washing machine,sofa and cupboard... because of teir bad words I brought washing machine in coorna look down period... again my father in law stared asking me my salary and abused me..then I got pregnant in Feb 2021 then my husband thrown me out of house to bring 10 lakh from my father to get new car...As it was coorna period and I was pregnant I didn't go home again as he told he will kill me and my baby......so I went to my father house and left my Bank job.... Mean while I filled section 9 court case..where we never stayed and he lied court that after doing panchyat he took me Tiptur home which is totally he lied to court...

You may file multiple cases against your husband and his family members to teach them a lesson and get sufficient maintenance for yourself and your child. Further, you may approach Police and register FIR against him and see that you get maintenance every month as you are residing in your parent's house.
