Wife file petition, What Does These Two Section Means, Wife Wanted To Leave Separately, I didn't wanted to leave my parent's she left my home, now after 350 day's she filed case, we tried contacting her and her family but they never allowed her to speak with me.. So we sent them a formal notice from advocate asking her to come back and in return they filed a case... Saying our Notice Invalid... Please Help What These Sections Means? Is she asking divorce wehave received nothing from court but they say we didn't accepted notice from mutual cousins we came to know about the case and when i checked on ecourts found case based on these two sections against me..

se 12 is for the application to the magistrate
and se 23 is for intermentanace and 23.2 is for xparty interementanace so go in court and give advocate otherwise alimony will started now you have chance to fight once order is happens then you have to make appeal only
