a wife can file a case of domestic violence against her husband and in-laws. Most of the times false allegations are levelled to make a strong case before court. After the issues summon the husband and family members named in the case needs to appear before the court. They may also appear through advocate. there are many options that the husband can do in such a situation, give a call to me and I'll explain.
