Section 12 Protection of women from domestic violence act, 2005

29-Sep-2023 (In Family Law)
A petition was filed in the court of JMFC under section 12 of domestic violence act but the jmfc dismissed the petition. now I have to challenge the order if JMFC in higher court ..so as per provision of appeal in section 29 of DV act 2005 I should go to session court but the period of limitation that is 30 days have passed to file a case in sessions court ....I also cannot file a application for condonation as it is a moot problem not a real court scene...so now where should I file the case and under which provision. Thank you
