DOB needs to be changed within the year of the declaration of result and no request is taken after the year. The application for correction in Date of Birth must be forwarded by the Head of School along with the required documents.
No correction can be made on applications submitted after one year from the date of the result declaration.
Required documents for correction include a true copy of the admission form, school leaving certificate, and admission and withdrawal register. Changes to the DOB after one year must be routed through relevant channels; direct applications to the CBSE will not be accepted.
