I have a query that, can a Advocate who is registered from state bar council, and waiting for AIBE.
can a state bar council enrolled Advocate can practise with Independent vakalath, without AIBE...
You may not practice unless you receive the certificate of Practice from after AIBE.
However, you can make submissions and even argue cases on behalf of a senior Advocate.
You cannot file an independent Vakalath.
