Require answers on Mutual consent divorce
14-Feb-2023 (In Divorce Law)
What is the procedure and documents required for filing divorce? Is it necessary to hire a lawyer ? If yes, then what can be the maximum fee of the lawyer? Both of our religions are Hinduism.
For mutual divorce the documents required are:-
1). Photographs of Marriage
2). Marriage Card (if available)
3). Passport Photographs of both the parties
4). ID (Aadhaar Card) of both the parties
The lawyer will prepare the first motion and then after 6 months second motion will take place. And after recording the statements of both the parties the divorce is granted. Fees depends on lawyer to lawyer. For more information I am just a call away.
