What is the total time taken in mutual consent divorce

Please let me Know how much time(Minimum) it will take in whole procedure to get mutual concerned divorce or dissolvation of Arya samaj marriage. As we both are ready for the same.

From the date of filing up to the date of decree the total time must be not less than six month. But there are many other factors which are relevant for deciding any case and it depends from case to case. Academically divorce by mutual consent can be decided in six months

Minimum 6 month to max. 18 month generally done in 6-8 months.

For the mutual divorce under section 13-B of the Hindu Marriage Act, the minimum period of separate living is 6 months after the first motion. In case both of your are ready for the same, you can file an application and get the same as per the prescribed procedure

In divorce petition through mutual consent it takes 6 months time to get divorce or if you have to go out of India and there is an urgency then it can be done in less time. Still if u say I can get it done in few days like a week

minimum 6 months time is given to couple after first motion so that they can rethink over their decision.first motion means first statement made in court after file of case. first statement is normally made on same day of case file.so it is 6 months minimum time to obtain mutual divorce
