laws in india silent on this issue , there is no bar to book a room for the purpose of consensual sex between couples unless hotel policy and regulations prevents you, but on other hand same cannot be turned into commercial sex racket , police have powers to conduct enquiry but there is no law in this regard to punish.
recently many cases reporting on this issue, the hotel staff and management indirectly associating with police and reporting to extract money, also it's a cultural , emotional and hospitality issue of both families so be careful.

if both are with consent doing date means they can't file case if they filed fir then we can file quashing nothing will happened both should be one sided better you opinion is very much important you can file quashing
