You don’t have rights over her ! Promise to marry isn’t any offence if later girls deny ! You can’t recover any amount which you have spent on shopping, tour, food etc ! The only amount you can recover is the one she took from you as a friendly loan but u must have evidences for it !
However, you must not look for revenge in such cases else she may implicate you in 376 ipc case ! It’s better you handle things wisely ! Don’t force her to come back ..! Give her time n if she still doesn’t come back then move ahead in life ! Meanwhile, I would only recommend you to submit one apprehension complaint to concerned police station !

hello client as i can see your issues are really very much serious . in this matter as you have spent lakhs of rupees on her and your gf and her mother both have promised you for marraige . in this matter we are having very limited options been male . so in my view we can directly move to honble high court in writ juridiction on the ple gir breach of trust as well as fake promise of marriage as well a extortion of money .then the things can be under control as pressure can be created on the other party as well

well you have the right to file a criminal case against them and can take the defence of cheating and 420.
secondly as you said that they have taken a lot of money from you in these 4 years so for that you can file a civil suit against them for the recovery of the money.

You have no rights until you prove ur expenditure and it not worth marrying the girl as later. U will face Divorce etc
Send her a legal notice for damages and recovery of expenses although u May not get a positive result but 20-30 percent chances of recovery
