My neighbour has fixed many nail on house side boundary wall and also drilled some times and also fixed his fiber roof sheet from my house side wall from many years and now he don't remove it and don't repair damage so what can I do

well you can start by asking him politely as to what he wants if he is not listening then a legal notice can be sent to the person asking him as to what he wants and will he do any corrections for his deeds....and if he doesn't abide by that also then a civil suit can be filed against him in the court

My husband cheated on me by taking escort services when i caught he wanted to have another chance and apologized, after a year he wants to take divorce saying he doesn't love me any more . I don't want to give divorce now. Can he win the case if he file for contested divorce.

if he files for contested divorce then he cannot take the divorce from you unless and until you give the divorce to him willfully with your own consent because divorce is one thing which can be taken easily if it is mutual but if it is not mutual and is contested then the other person cannot have get divorce

yes the mother can have the custody of the child if the father is remarrying and if the father does not have any objection for the same and even if he has the objection then also you can file a case against the father seeking the custody of the child...most probably you will get

we can file a counter reply for the same but uske liye we have to see the petition ki unhone kya kya mention Kia hai apni petition mein aur kya kya allegations lagayein hain usi ke base pe we can file a reply....and if it's a false case then you don't have to worry because generally log Bach jate hain

My sister in law(wife’s brother’s wife) has pressed charges against me u/s- 406/34/354/498a. Although I was not mentioned in the original FIR, IO added my name during investigation along with other members of wife’s family. I have cleared govt exam and after that police verification is pending. What should I do?

in such a case you should write a complaint to DCP and acp of the concerned area stating the entire situation and also should mention that she is just using your name for the name sake ....for future references keep a copy of that if any problem arises you can show the application...and should also mention that if anything happens to my reputation etc she would be responsible
