Divorce is not an easy thing unless it will be with the consent of both the parties u/s 13B. You can file complaint with the women cell 2. You can file dowry case under section 498-a, 3. You can file case under domestic violence 4. You can claim maintenance. regards, Adv Malhotra

HI Dear
You can file police complaint in local police station or local women cell with regard to harassment faced by you in the hands of your husband and in laws.

No one can force you for's upto you to give or not.even if your husband file divorce under section 13 that can also be contested in the court of law.
Please mention years of marriage,no of issues, and are you working or not to seek proper advice.

You may gove complaint to police regarding the dowry demands and the poluce officials can register a case against your husband and in laws under section 498a. It is the best remedy as after registration they all have to go to jail for sure
