In the light of Supreme Court Judgement, Adultery is no crime but it certainly is a ground for divorce.

But like you have stated that you don’t exactly have the proof of adultery but from the conversations that you have, there seems to be something adulterous. In my opinion, you should seek a consultation with a lawyer and show him all the proofs that you seem to have so that the lawyer can assess and evaluate them legally and how he can use them if you’re to legally proceed ahead.

Feel free to reach out to me if you so require any assistance.

If your wife is in an adulterous relationship with another guy then first of all you should file a complaint against her to the police station according to your jurisdiction. And if there's no scope of living together then rather stretching the relationship you should file for contested divorce under the ground of cruelty. I would suggest you to go with mutual divorce because it's cost effective and ends up in a maximum of six months. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

This much of proof is sufficient for you to file divorce petition in the court. Adultery is very much established here in this case and based upon the recent Hon'ble Supreme Court judgements, you may very well get divorce. You may consult me in that regard.
