Q: NCDRC respondent to a revision petition

I had filed a complaint in District consumer forum in Bangalore against a developer. I won the case. The District forum ordered the developer to refund the money to me. He challenged the order in State forum in Bangalore. The state forum dismissed the challenge and ordered to refund the money to me. Now, it is being challenged in National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission (NCDRC) Delhi. Can I fight this case without a advocate? I have already spent money with no returns

Advocate Sanchit Goyal answered
You can fight the case without an advocate but unfortunately there are chances that you might face problems because for all small things you can’t visit delhi. It is recommended that you keep a lawyer in delhi so that he can manage dates. Every time coming to delhi will also be very expensive for you. Regards Sanchit Goyal Advocate

Q: Banking / Property Issue / family Issues /

My father made an investment of approximately 50 lakhs Rupees in my name with Shree Ram Finance Company. Unfortunately, he passed away. After his death, my FD and disbursement matured and were sent to an account held jointly by Primary Holder- My Father , me, my mother, and my sister. However, there was no nominee specified, and they used all the investment money without informing me, possibly under the influence of my brother-in-law. What legal steps can I take to recover my amount? Can I?

Advocate Sanchit Goyal answered
Only option is initially sending a legal notice and upon that basis moving forward to file a suit for recovery of money. You can also file a complaint of fraud and cheating. Feel free to contact me for more information Regards Sanchit Goyal
