Mera divorce final ho chuka hai.2nd motion mera januray 2025 me ho gya hai. Mere ex ko mujhe allimony 3 installments me dena tha... first motion, 2nd motion and at the time of quashing FIR 498A. Mujhe 2 installments mil gayi hai or divorce case end ho gya h. Par abi tak quashing ka kuch nahi hua. Ex se baat ki uska kehna hai court se date nahi mil rahi file ho chuka hai. Par mere paas information nahi hai. Mein kaise apni 3rd installment ke liye application de sakti hu

decree received h aap ki divorce ki ? uske base p qushing hogi and you need to talk to them and tell them to manage the terms and conditions else court contempt ho jayega. further we can discuss once you will let us know actual picture kya hua kaise .

My wife left me and my 5 Years old child [son] 6 months back without any reason and now she is refusing to come back. Before leaving the house she just said that she wants to live alone..[How can she left her child as well].. I want her to come back as me and my son both are suffering because of all these situations. We had not applied for the divorce yet and even I don't want divorce because of my child. hi sir , this is situation where wife withdrawn herself without reason if you want her to come back you can try to connect with her or you can go for section reconstitution of conjugal right to ask her to come to your home and continue the matrimonial life with peace and harmony

to secure we first have to make the other party aware about your actual position that you are not in condition right now to pay emi and we can ask for solution and we should be getting it but first we need to revert to them on all the actions they have taken .

Q: I want to withdraw a cyber crime complaint.

Hello sir, I have tried to withdraw an online cyber cre complaint but even after writing the remark I am not able to withdraw the same as the portal always shows me oops there is some problem. The status of the complaint is still in pending so FIR has been lodged yet I guess. Can you please suggest how can I withdraw the complaint. I do not want my family to know about this that's why i want to withdraw the complaint.

hi , it may be due to server issue that is the reason that you are not directing there . to know the actual picture and status of your case you can go to cyber crime office and after that tell them that you want to withdraw and they will guide you .
