My husband is NRI. 3 months before he abdoned me from his house without rhyme and reason. My in laws and husband tortured me by abusing my parents,sister with below the belt comments.my husband want divorce but i don't want diborce.do please advice me.

Hello madam you can file case of domestic violence against your husband and in laws, you need to also file petition under Sec 9 of Hindu marriage Act for restitution of conjugal rights with claiming maintenance proceedings

If your husband has withdrew you from his house you can file Restitution of conjugal rights in the family court. This suit is the only remedy for the deserted spouse to stay with the aggrieved spouse. But it should be filed within limitation period of 1 year of desertion.
