Interim maintenance in DV and 125

my wife has asked for 40k per month along with 65 lakhs as one time payment in DV case along with 1lakh per month in crpc 125 case. Her in hand salary is 1.08 lakh per month and mine is 1.68 lakh per month. I had filed section 9 case prior to them filing DV, Dowry and 125 case. I want to know if i have to pay any maintenance to her as she is working and can maintain her lifestyle.
hey, merely because the wife was earning, her right to get maintenance would not be barred. The parameters for the decision were whether her income was sufficient to maintain herself and her child, duration of marriage and conduct of parties. The obligation of husband to provide maintenance is on higher pedestal than wife since the provision for grant of maintenance/interim maintenance for women and children.
