जो जमीन का केस चल रहा है, वह मेरी दादी की संपत्ति से जुड़ा है और अभी मेरे पिता व चाचा के नाम से लंबित है। यदि भविष्य में मेरे पिता नहीं रहते, तो केस किस प्रकार आगे चलेगा? परिवार में एक व्यक्ति है जो मेरे पिता की जैविक संतान नहीं है और कानूनी रूप से गोद भी नहीं लिया गया है, लेकिन उसके आधार कार्ड में मेरे माता-पिता का नाम दर्ज है। क्या केवल ऐसे दस्तावेज़ों के आधार पर वह स्वयं को legal heir साबित कर सकता है क्यों कि पिता के ना रहने पे वही केस देखेगा क्यों कि हम लोग बाहर रहते है?

So I contacted that no.e took my details and asked for 250 rupees registration fee and generated a code and gave it to me. Then he talked about fixing a meeting for the next day. The next day he asked me for 450 rupees and said that the madam (client) is asking for some illegal product. Then I paid it and then he asked me to fix the meeting

It is intimated that your question is criminal offences against the opposite side. If you want to make punishment to her/him kindly give a FIR, written application to nearest Police Station. That business is not registered business and criminal proceedings will initiate against him but you write FIR proper A to Z from Star to end. Thank you.

Dear Sir/madam, my wife filed divorce case in 2022. In between I could not appear twice in proceedings on 21 august and 16 oct due to medical issues of me and my father but judge did not considered medical documents. Also judge asked me to pay 25000 litigation amount to my wi. 1. Should i challenge inHC. 2. If I file , then do both parties have to appear in HC for clarification 3. Will HC consider medical reports and reasons for non appearance 3. How many daysHC will take to decide exparte

Dear I read your question and I'II advice to you regarding your subject matter. If Divorce case filed by you and applicant or lawyer couldn't be present on date of hearing than Court will decide Exparte order or Costing against applicant. As the same opposite non appearance court will decide the matter against petitioner. you can come Hon'ble High Court for directions on your matter please.
