I do not want divorce but my husband is mentally harassing me. We are married almost for 5 years and we have 3.5 year old daughter. My husband doesn't have any relationship with me emotionally, physically or mentally for almost 3 years. He is continuously harrassing me to go out from his home under the influence of his monther and sister even we are living in a separate house. I don't have parents and I am alone to survive. I am not working and don't have money to file divorce or live separately

My family has three members me (30 years old male), my mother (58years old) and a married sister (33 years old).My sister after creating disputes with her in laws is residing in my house since feb 2023. She frequently verbally and physically abuses me and my mother and threatens us to do FIR against us for domestic violence especially against me when i had never abused or beat her. She neither goes to her in laws nor let us be in peace. Her in laws also come and abuse us related to her issues.

Q: Legal Heir Certificate, Succession Matter

Hi,My mother passed away in 2014. I am the sole heir.I applied for a legal heir certificate from the local tehsil & they issued a negative report that they could not verify the information (because they were not bribed by me). My inheritance case has been pending since 2018 in NOIDA court and there are no other heirs. The ads were sent out in court asking for any objections and obviously none were recd. Mother had made an unregistered will. Please advise

Q: Dakhil Kharij of Residential land in nagar nigam area.

Sir , I purchase one plot in residential area of the city and built my house and it is registered in nagar nigam and paying tax , this property purchased through registry process , is it required to me to do Dakhil Kharij of this land.some of my friend told to do Dakhil Kharij process and other friend told it in not required or not valid for plot in residential area comes under nagar nigam. Please clarify.
