pehle hame ye clear karen ki kya apko police ne apko jail bheja hai or agar police ne apko jail bheja hai to kya apne bail le li h or ye bhi kya apke khila chargesheet lag gyi hai kya or agar chargesheet file ho gayi hai to kya court be alternate charge bna diya h

Recently visited Noida Sector 73 to buy a 3 BHK flat.The broker is saying 1- It's. free hold property 2- only NBFC will provide loanHow to verify its legally safe for me to buy a flat there ?? My question -1- why national banks not providing loan?2- how to check that property is legal??

Yes as per the view of the Supreme Court if husband and wife living together under the same roof also have the rights to file a divorce case but there must be no cohabitation between them. And even many High courts also gave their views on this aspect
Q: Legal position for Partition by mutual consent ? Can it be inforceble?
My father has made a partition agreement by mutual consent with other two heirs of property obtained by inheritance. In that partition agreement, there is this clause where 2870 sqft land co jointly hold by my father and uncle. My question is for selling my portion of land that is 1435 , will my father need uncle's noc or any signature?

yes before selling the property your father noc or consent is required because your father is the Co sharer in the property. before selling any property there should be proper kuras and proper kuras can be obtained through partition suit or by mutual agreement
