you can file case under section 340 CrPc as well as section 406 ipc and section 9 under hindu marriage Act and u can file maintenance cases also if u are not earning and ur wife is, warning. u can file a case of judicial separation
Q: Interim maintenance in DV and 125
my wife has asked for 40k per month along with 65 lakhs as one time payment in DV case along with 1lakh per month in crpc 125 case. Her in hand salary is 1.08 lakh per month and mine is 1.68 lakh per month. I had filed section 9 case prior to them filing DV, Dowry and 125 case. I want to know if i have to pay any maintenance to her as she is working and can maintain her lifestyle.

Hello sir, This side adv Deepak Saini as per your enquiry you are not entitle to pay any kind of maintenance to your wife. one time payment is totally depend on both of your consent. There are so many case laws of different high courts that earning wife is not entitled to any maintenance from her husband

for drafting the will the content mentioned in the will plays a vital role and the witness is also a crucial part of any will.... So the will is a testamentary documents... two witness is required and addhar card and pan card of the witness and testator is also required... the testator along with the witness must be appeared before the sun registrar of the concerned jurisdiction. The charges of execution, attestation and registration is between 10k to 15k
Q: DM office Greater Noida is done the recovery.
DM Gautam budha nagar has done the recovery of my amount from the builder and builder has given in the affidavit that my full amount with interest is refunded to DM office also rera is confirming that my recovery has been done but Account department has been not recieved any money from the DM office. I have send many mails to DM and File a RTI and First appeal but DM is not Replying to My mail. I want to do case against DM office for not refunding my money also I need the Delay penality from DM

yes, you can file a writ petition against the DM in the Allahabad High Court.... High court will issue the show cause notice against the DIstrict Magistrate and ask him about the why the certain amount has not credited in your account... thi is the best remedy u have in the eye of law

I booked a unit in Noida under subvention scheme in 2015. Unit was to be delivered in June 2018 but the builder offered possession in May 2022. Kindly suggest will I be able to claim Delay Penalty from Builder under RERA

Kindly assure that builder has offered a legal and lawful possession. in some cases builder gave possession after receiving the partial occupancy certificate and completion certificate
