Husband is Delaying in case of maintenance

Hi, My question is husband is Delaying the maintenance case by giving medical or not coming to court.. I want to ask how long he can do this. He is not paying anything since 1 yr of case filed. He also filed a case of divorce which is 1.5 yrs old so what can be done.

ma'am you may do one thing that is file a case before Hon'ble High Court seeking direction to expedite the case expeditiously as may be prescribed by the Hon'ble High Court . thereafter matter will be decided as soon as possible.

As you told that you have filed a maintenance case against your husband and in that your husband has deliberately filed a medical that he is ill and is not coming to the court nor has given you anything for the last 1 year but he has A divorce case has been filed against him, which has been goingIf your husband is coming for divorce in the case filed by him, then you can take expenses in that also, you can take final maintenance under Section 24 Hindu Marriage Act and if you want permanent maintenance, then you can take your The case which is under Section 125 CrPC will have to be expedited on for about one and a half years

dear client as per your query I can only suggest that if your husband is delaying the process of the court for the short date you can expedite the matter from the High Court or you can ask your lawyer to take a short date and decide the matter if you both have given the details as income certificate for future paid consultation please contact us with your relevant documents.
